Chicken fried brisket anyone? I was recently watching a cooking show on the food network. They were making some great looking chicken fried steaks. While watching it I got an inspiration for a chicken fried brisket. Doesn't seem like a bad idea at all. Well I googled it and found a great BBQ blog where they made a chicken fried brisket. They posted the recipe and pictures from the star to finish. So check it out and let me know what you think it. I will soon be trying it myself and will post it online for you to review.
